Windows 7 adds loads of great shortcuts for switching between apps, moving windows around your screen, moving them to another monitor altogether, and much more. Here's a quick-reference master list of the best new Windows 7 shortcuts.

* Win+Home: Clear all but the active window.
* Win+Space: All windows become transparent so you can see through to the desktop.
* Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window.
* Shift+Win+Up arrow: Maximize the active window vertically.
* Win+Down arrow: Minimize the window/Restore the window if it's maximized.
* Win+Left/Right arrows: Dock the window to each side of the monitor.
* Shift+Win+Left/Right arrows: Move the window to the monitor on the left or right.

I have been thinking about getting an Apple computer for a while now, but finally broke down today and ordered one. I figured I better start since I have a business customer that just switched over to Mac last week. Better start learning as much as I can before they start actually using them full time.

I ordered the new Mac mini that came out today. 2.26GHz processor, 160GB Hard Drive (which I am going to swap out with a 1TB drive that I have) and I upgraded the memory to 4GB. Also got the Apple Wireless keyboard and the new Magic Mouse.

Should ship in about 3-4 days, and then 5-7 days for delivery.
This is going to be a long wait.
